Thanks for your interest in joining our Association and/or participating in our MLS Service.  Following is a brief overview of the process and fees for membership:

Joining the Association:
  1. Print Membership Application:
      Primary/Secondary Membership (with voting rights) >
      MLS Only Membership (no voting rights) >
      Appraiser Application >
      Local Affiliate Application >
    Clerical Personal Assistant >
     

  2. Complete ALL detailed information on the application, sign, and obtain signature of Designated REALTOR®;

  3. Obtain a copy of California Department of Real Estate (“CalDRE”) License (if applicable) at www.dre.ca.gov;

  4. Obtain a Letter of Good Standing, including confirmation of completed member orientation (if applicable); and

  5. Return the fully executed Membership Application along with a copy of your driver’s license, DRE license, and Letter of Good Standing, to the Association office via email at trinityaor@gmail.com.

 

New Primary/Secondary REALTOR® & Broker Participant Members:

  1. TCAOR charges the following fees for new members:

    1. One-time setup fee for new Brokers. . . . . . . . . . $250.00 (Billed by TCAOR) (A supervising Broker membership is required for all Sales Licensees)
    2. One-time TCAOR application fee. . . . . . . . . . . . $100.00 (Billed by TCAOR)
    3. Annual membership dues. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $180.00/member plus $14.00 Region 2 dues.  (Primary: Billed by NAR | Secondary: Billed by TCAOR)
    4. SEE additional RealtyPro MLS fees listed below. (Billed by RealtyProMLS)
  2. Submit your application to our AE, Donna Medina. Your application needs to be screened for completeness and DRE review.  
  3. Once approved, new agents will receive a NRDS number from the AE with which to pay NAR, CAR and local annual dues. 
MLS-Only Subscriber:
  1. TCAOR charges the following fees for MLS-Only Subscribers:
    1. One-time TCAOR application fee .... $180 (Billed by TCAOR)
    2. Annual Administrative Fee . . . . . . . . $200 (Billed by TCAOR)

  2. Submit your application to AE, Donna Medina.
MLS Clerical User:
  1. No application fee
  2. TCAOR Administrative fee . . . . . . $25 (Billed by TCAOR)
  3. No RealtyPro MLS fees
Appraiser Participant:
  1. No application fee
  2. Annual Fee of $75.00 (Billed by TCAOR)

Local Affiliate Member:
  1. No application fee
  2. TCAOR Administrative fee . . . . . . $25 (Billed by TCAOR)
  3. No RealtyPro MLS fees
Participating in our RealtyPRO MLS:

  2. The MLS Provider bills and collects for the MLS services separate from (and in addition to) the TCAOR Fees. 
    The MLS Fees charged by RealtyPro MLS are as follows:
One-time setup fee for new offices (appraiser/real estate). . . . . . . $250.00
Monthly Fee for Brokers/Agents. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $44.00/agent/month ($264 every 6 months)*
           RealtyPRO MLS Access Fee: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $25.00/agent/month 
           TCAOR Supplemental MLS Access Fee:   . . . . . $ 8.00/agent/month

* Dues are prorated Jan-Jun & Jul-Dec. There is a two-agent minimum per real estate office.

New Member Orientation:
  1. Watch New Member Orientation Video.
  2. Please complete, date and sign the Affidavit (attached link) and submit to Donna Medina at trinityaor@gmail.com
License Severance
When an agent's license is severed from an office/firm, please complete the Severance Form and email it to the Association office at trinityaor@gmail.com ASAP (within 7 days).
